We have a full surface mount production facility consisting of:

• Destacker.
• Fully automated vision screen printer with 2D paste inspection, MPM UP2000 Hie.
• Two 3 head pick and place machines each with laser align and upward vision, Samsung QSA30 and CP40.
• Six head Hanwha Techwin SM482 Plus with on the fly recognition technology and high resolution vision system, adding fine pitch capability.
• Single head pick and place machine with laser align, upward vision with optical slides for extra accurate positioning. Quad IVc with full modern Windows upgrade.
• Inspection Conveyor.
• Multizone forced air convection oven. Heller 1088.
• Optical inspection systems including a HD camera system with 500mm inspection depth and full measurement capability. Optilia W30x-HD.
