Hanwha Techwin SM482 Plus

Vaughan Industries Ltd have just completed the installation of a new Hanwha Techwin SM482 Plus, together with an 85Kw 3 phase generator with a Grant from the Big 2 project funded from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) as part of the European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme 2014-2020

 This gives us a 3 phase power supply into our buildings and a new state of the art fine pitch placement machine to allow us to work with and place the newer electronics parts which are continuing to get smaller.

 The equipment was installed in Sept 2018, with 55% funding by Vaughan Industries Ltd and  45% provided by the ERDF programme.

 To date the project has created 1.5 positions within the company.
